I will either support or author a bill to eliminate the Federal Department of Education. Washington does not know what is best for Oklahoma students; Oklahomans know what is best for their students. The Constitution does not establish a right to Education guaranteed by the Federal Government. However, the Tenth Amendment reserves to the States those powers not delegated to the Federal Government.
